Our Preschool


Ready Set Grow Preschool:  Inside Hillcrest Elementary School in Gordon Head. We are a licensed, semistructured, play based, indoor/outdoor program. We specialize in helping your child transition into Kindergarten.

Times and Hours of Program 2019/20 & 2020/21:

3 hour program - 8:40am until 11:40am.

- 4 hour program - 8:40am until 12:40pm.

Children who are registered in four hour preschool eat their lunch at program.

We offer multiple registration options.

Two days/week- Tuesday and Thursday.

Three days/week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Five days/week- Monday - Friday.

Ready Set Grow Preschool offers a safe, nurturing environment where your child will get the attention and care that he or she needs. We are a licensed facility. Our ratio of children to adults is always within licensing guidelines to make certain each child receives top-quality care.

At Ready Set Grow Preschool, your child will participate in a variety of developmentally-appropriate activities throughout the day.

Registration 2020/21

Registration for the September 2020-June 2021 year opens on February 3, 2020. Please email us to receive an email on Wednesday, January 22nd which will include the Ready Set Grow 2020/21 Registration Package, the 2020/21 program fees and our registration forms. You will also be provided with additional information relevant to registering your children in our program. 

Open House 2020

We are hosting our annual Open House on Wednesday, January 29th from 1:00-2:00pm. All community members are invited to come see our centre, meet our educators and ask any questions they may have. The entire family is welcome! We are located inside Hillcrest Elementary, 4421 Greentree Terrace, in room #15. Please ask at the front desk if you have any problems finding our room. We look forward to meeting you all soon!
