We provide Out of School Care for Hillcrest Elementary School children in Kindergarten through to Grade 5.
Before School: 7:15am - School Start.
After School: School Bell - 5:30pm.
We have a combined ages Preschool. It runs daily Monday to Friday. Please see further details below.
4 Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm
Children who stay until 1:00pm eat their lunch at preschool.
Registration Options
2 Days per Week: Tuesday and Thursday
3 Days per Week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5 Days per Week: Monday to Friday Full Time
Pro-D Camp
HEOSC runs a themed camp on most Hillcrest Elementary Professional Development Days. These camps are open to both children registered with HEOSC and Hillcrest students Kindergarten to Grade 5. If your child is a Hillcrest student who is not enrolled in HEOSC, they are welcome to join too. However, there is a one time per school year $25.00/registration fee for pro-d care.
Pro-D camp runs from 7:15am-5:30pm. The cost is $40.00/child. We have space for a maximum of 20 children. Families must commit and register two weeks in advance. This gives families enough time to find alternative childcare if we do not meet our minimum registration to run. Please email the Manager if you are interested or have any further questions.
