OSC Leaders are responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5-11 outside of school hours. Duties include but are not limited to: direct supervision of children, snack preparation and serving, program planning, and maintaining a clean environment. Leaders must:

Have a valid first aid certificate

Have 20+ hours of childcare-related training or education

Early Childhood Educator (ECE)
ECEs play a key role in providing exceptional care and education to children 30-months to school age. Duties include but are not limited to: working directly with children, program planning, developmental assessments, and other tasks not easily definable. ECEs must:
